Update
on progress:

The new Control Line circle has suffered from water logging over the
winter and still has very muddy patches; don't wear your best shoes if
you intend to use it!
Future arrangements have been made to enlarge the circle to provide a
greater margin of safety. In the meantime models on lines up to 18m (60')
can be flown in relative safety; any longer, use due caution.
For now the only indication of the centre of the circle is a brick sunk
into the ground. It's pointless making anything permanent until the
enlagement takes place and the water logging can be at least reduced if
not cured.
